The house is situated in a highly sought after area, a mere three minutes by car to the beach, nestled in the hills overlooking the jungle and ocean of Playa Hermosa.
The house was completed in 2015 with all modern amenities and decorated with imported Balinese furniture and artifacts from around the world.
The ocean facing balcony, raised on stilts, offers amazing jungle views through to the sea below. From here you can enjoy your morning coffee or practice some yoga listening to the sounds of the jungle and the waves rolling in. There are many different birds and monkeys spotted from here.
The open plan living design and high beamed ceilings throughout allows for plenty of space and comfort during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for every need including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/grill and four hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. The bedroom has a large built in closet with A/C and ceiling fan.
Feel secure with a gated entrance, safe, alarm system and one other house on site where the property owners live permanently.

The restaurants in and around Santa Teresa offer international cuisine at a very high standard. Just minutes by car from Villa Maluku is the famous sushi restaurant Kojis, one of our personal favorites.
We would highly recommend either hiring a 4×4 car or a quad during your stay with us.
