Located just 3 minutes walking from the best waves in the area for surfing, Villa Solar is a collection of 4 villas in the center of Santa Teresa.
We offer high speed wifi, an on-site caretaker, and a a concierge service for rentals, spa services, and tips on the best restaurants around town.
We are centrally located making it easy to walk virtually everywhere and we have a beautiful location just steps from the beach. Come join us in Paradise and surf the best waves in Costa Rica.

We have a BBQ in our communal rancho, also offer twice a week cleaning service. There is laundry service provided across from our entrance way, they are our caretakers family.

I stop in almost daily to check on the property. Guests can always reach me otherwise by phone, email, or asking the onsite caretaker to contact me.

Santa Teresa is noted as one of the most beautiful beaches in central America and is ideal for both beginner and advanced surfers. There are many surf schools and also hidden surf spots still left uncrowded.
With many ethnicities settling here, there is excellent cuisine from Italian, Japanese, Argentina, Spanish, and French. We are located beside 2 typical Costa Rican restaurants and just down the road from the super market.

Buses are available in town. Rent a cars are not needed but can be helpful for getting here and about. Lots of people just rent bikes or atvs.
