Perla House Blu Apartment is a beautiful 2 storey house. On the first floor there are the living area with sofa bed, bathroom with hot water and a fully furnished kitchen open on a large teak terrace with hammock surrounded by a lush sub-tropical jungle green garden, where you can enjoy very pleasant “siesta” on the hammock.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with A/C, one with a queen size bed and the other with single bed and useful table for nomad workers .

The apartment is located in a 2-storey building, with three apartments in a private property in the quiet village of Mal Pais. It is surrounded by a magnificent lush garden where you will also find a pool to cool off during the hottest hours, or where you will be enchanted to watch the stars or full moon, enjoying the atmosphere of the night.
During the day monkeys, birds, parrots, butterflies, and iguanas are some of our regular guests.
Close to the pool area there are sun-bed, shower and a large space for yoga and meditation.

The apartment is just 350 meters far from to first beach entrance of Playa Carmen. There are both rocks and sandy beaches. On low tide beautiful natural pools in the rocks appear here and there. It was the amazing background for various advertisements and fashion shootings.
It’s just 3 min drive from downtown where you can find resturants, stores, grocery store, pharmacy and banks.
The small port of Mal Pais fishermen is at 3 km and very close you will find the famous beach Los Suecos (or the hidden beach), just to the north of Cabo Blanco reserve, perfect to snorkel when is low tide.
Several spot are very close for the ones that love to surf, and also the yogi and yoginis will find several studios or private spot on the beach where practice.
Playa Hermosa, one of the beauty of the area is just 7 km away
A little bit further, in Manzanillo beach, there are a few restaurant where you can try local food, in a local “Soda”
Mal Pais Zip line is at 2 km
The little artistic town of Montezuma and his waterfall are just at 10 km
