Perfectly located for those who want to be close to the action but far enough away to enjoy nature.Just a few minutes drive to all the town shops/ restaurants and only few minute walk to the closest beach for some sunset drinks.

From watching monkeys overhead to hearing the river flow, this house is sure to give you the tropical Costa Rican feeling you came for. It’s a magical place you’ll never forget

The surrounding property is all owned by the owner so guests are free to walk up along the river, wander under the forest canopy and also tour the recently planted fruit trees.

The neighboring properties are all residential and the town of mal pais is still a quiet fishing town. The town has a small grocery store and a couple restaurants for your immediate needs.
Santa Teresa is just a few minute drive and offers the full range of cuisine and culture and many shops and groceries markets but is a bit congested and is at times hectic. Both towns connected by one road that run parallel to stunning beaches, coves and scenic sights.

A car is recommended to get around to town and to explore. ATV rental is a fun adventurous alternative to renting a car.
