There is a security guard at the gate and. There is a private driveway parking and additional shared parking next to the house.
There is an on-site property manager who lives across the street from the house who will attend to guest needs. We are also available via email, text or Whats App with any questions.
**Note: Check ins after 8pm can be accommodated with 24 hours advance notice. This gives our property managers an opportunity to coordinate with the security staff if needed.**
We are located 2 minutes drive south of the main crossroads in Santa Teresa. Just off the main road but away from the dust and noise in town. Short walk to the beach. Surfing is available at nearly every beach with many world class waves to surf.
There is a security guard at the gate. We have a private driveway for parking. You can easily walk to both the beach and town.
