Entire casita is yours! Only one other house on the property at the top of the lot behind the casita. Motorized gate and security door lead into the property, parking space adjacent to the casita, within minutes Walk to playa hermosa beach and world class surf break , tide pools, 3 neighborhood restaurants – TP8, PH Soda, Manatray Cafe and Couleur Cafe- and super market. If you want more restaurants and night life then rent quads or a car and go into Santa teresa jsut a quick 10 minutes away.

Playa Hermosa is a sweet little neighborhood on the north end of Santa Teresa. The sandy beach break here is great for all levels surfers (depending on size of swell that day) but is also kmown for its world class surf for the most advanced! We have waves all year long here, and they get bigger into the rainy season. THe neighborhood is still quiet but growing as so much of costa rica is. Please pardon any construction going on around the neighborhood. We do have 4 restaurants within walking distance, the Supermarket, a great surf shop with board rentals, Salty Bird bikinis and lots of little things you need on vacation at the beach. Jump on the bus or rent a quad or car and be in Santa Teresa where the action is in 10 minutes. Santa Teresa has dozens of fantastic restaurants, yoga, shops and more. Playa Hermosa does not have any night life so if you are looking for that then Santa Teresa would be more your style.
