The villa features three master bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and an awe-inspiring ocean view. The common area houses a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful, stylish living room.

The outdoor area is spacious and includes a dining table, a private infinity pool with tanning beds, and comfortable sitting areas. The villa also offers free parking, daily concierge service, daily cleaning, and laundry service. For larger groups, extra mattresses can be arranged for an additional charge.

Location and Access

To reach Seataya Luxury Villas from the main airport in San Jose, we recommend a short domestic flight of about 30 minutes to Tambor airport, followed by a 40-minute private taxi ride directly to the villa. Alternatively, you can travel directly from San Jose to Santa Teresa by ferry, renting a private vehicle or using a transportation service.

Please note that a 4×4 vehicle, an ATV (Quad), or Taxi Service is necessary to reach the property. We are more than happy to assist you with transportation arrangements.
