Sky House is an ocean view property with only 3 suites, spectacular ocean views and lush jungle surroundings, it is the perfect getaway for couples, close friends or a solo relax.

Each suite has their own personal style and interior which gives you a unique experience when staying with us here in the tropical paradise of the Costa Rica.

The Tierra – Open your ocean view balcony doors to a personal oasis surrounded by bijaguas and only a few steps away from the salt water infinity pool.

​The Flora -Step inside from your terrace-style balcony to your own personal oasis. Identical to it’s sister suite but a little higher up. Indoor and outdoor living, just as you like it!

These dreamy one king bedroom suites are located on the first and second level. Both with an en-suite bathroom, its own gourmet full kitchen to cook and share with loved ones, interior-exterior living and your own dining area surrounded by greenery to create natural privacy.
The suites are designed and made with love, especially to maximize your comfort and connect with nature around you.

Private ocean view balconies and stunning lush jungle back terraces will give you pure relaxation.

We are located in Playa Hermosa, north of Santa Teresa. It is a 3 minute drive to the beach and approximately a 10 minute drive into town. We recommend renting a quad or vehicle during your stay, which we can help arrange for you.

Situated amongst the jungle, there might be insects, ants and iguanas on the property. We try our best to keep the suites clean and bug free as much as we can, however choosing to live so close to nature with a semi opened space, you will be exposed to the elements and sometimes it is difficult to completely avoid.

All of our suites are private but because they are close proximity to other guests, we ask that house rules are respected at all times and no loud noises after 10pm.
