I am an Argentinean surfer that has chosen this little piece of paradise to call home 4 years ago. Recently I have decided to share my love for this place by designing and building this house. Either me or the house manager will be available during your stay if you have any questions/inquiries.

Location is prime, enjoying an exclusive, quiet position nestled strategically in North Santa Teresa only a 6 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The house is located between famous La Lora and Rocamar, only the best surfing spots in town. 10min drive to neighboring Playa Hermosa.

The house is located 300mts uphill from the main street and the beach entrance of Santa Teresa, only 1 minute drive to the beach, 6 minutes walking. For your comfort we do recommend renting only 4×4 vehicle or an ATV.

The apartment has its private entrance, parking and balcony. There is a house in the same property that is also for rent, with pool and garden. If you need more space and want to rent the full property for up to 8ppl please send a message.
