The HERMOSA HILLS estate has stunning sea views, complete privacy, sea breezes, and is nestled just above the beautiful beaches of Hermosa & Manzanillo, with 3 luxury, spacious, and fully equipped villas (4BR + 3BR + 2BR) that can accommodate 18 to 22 guests in total. Each villa has a private swimming pool, equal luxury amenities throughout, exotic wood furniture, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, daily cleaning service, etc. Full concierge services available from moment of booking!

HERMOSA HILLS offers 3 villas in a private estate, very secluded from the main road: one with 4 bedrooms + 4.5 baths, one with 3 bedrooms + 3.5 baths, and one with 2 bedrooms + 2.5 baths. Each of the 9 bedrooms has air conditioning, private en suite bathroom with separate WC, toiletries are provided in the shower, laptop safes to store valuables, black out curtains, closed closets. Luxury bedding, towels, and cotton robes. Each bedroom has a king size bed and some bedrooms offer a full size additional twin bed. All the furniture is hand-crafted from a variety of beautiful local Costa Rican hardwoods and bedrooms have teak floors. All villas have a full complement of outdoor furniture and full size cushioned sun beds around each swimming pool. The property is extremely close to one of the most stunning and well known beaches of the area, Hermosa Beach, but just the right distance away for a breathtaking view, total privacy and security.

These can range from organizing private air travel to Tambor or the future new airport in Manzanillo, as well as chef services, organic produce delivery, juice & bone broth cleanses, yoga/spa services, surfing lessons, guided fishing trips, scuba diving certification, zip lining for the whole family, horse back riding, visits to our local wildlife rescue center, etc. etc.! A 4×4 car is not needed to access the estate or the villas, since we have a concrete road, but a 4×4 car is recommended for visiting the area in general and for any local exploration. We can help with car or ATV rentals.
