Living on the Edge Treehouse

Built in 2005, this rustic, comfortable concrete & steel “treehouse” is nestled in the tree-tops high above Montezuma. It is a peaceful, quiet retreat in an enclave of million dollar homes, including Lunatica, Montezuma Hills and Villa Paraiso. There is gorgeous pool just steps from your door and a small secluded waterfall just a 6 min walk. The views are incredible. The wildlife is abundant. The vibe is unforgettable. This home has everything you need to enjoy what Costa is all about.

The main (upper) level boasts approximately 2200 square feet and features the kitchen and dining area, large living area, a large air conditioned suite with 2 good quality orthopedic queen-sized beds, a full bath, and over 800 sq. ft. of balcony with breathtaking coastline views. The lower level features 2 large, air conditioned bedrooms with good quality orthopedic queen-sized mattresses. There is also a full bathroom with a nice big tub. Although we are fairly new to listing with Airbnb, we have rented previously on another vacation rental site where we have received multiple 5 star reviews. Please be assured that we will do everything in our power to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.
(We are able to offer just the upper level for up to 4 people, sharing 2 queen sized beds in the upstairs suite. Listed as “Casa del Arbor”.)

NOTE: The master suite is NOT depicted, nor included in this profile. It is only available by special arrangement, and at an additional charge. If you need to accommodate more than 8 persons, please speak directly with the hosts regarding the possibility of renting the master suite. (It will not be occupied by anyone else during your stay.)

Our home sits on 2.5 acres and has beautiful gardens , dozens of fruit trees, and a large barbecue area for outdoor gatherings. The pool is 14′ x 28′ with a 7′ wide sun-shelf. There is a small, secluded waterfall (see photos) that’s just a short walk from the house, and the famous Montezuma waterfall is only a 4 minute drive away.

Our concierge Mario, lives in a separate casita away from the main house, and is available to help with any needs and or guidance. Mario and Aleyda are our beloved caretakers for the house and will be on property most days, but will always respect your privacy.

5 minutes above Playa Montezuma in Delicias

We encourage you to have a 4 wheel drive car for the roads out at the beach are pretty rugged. You are able to walk down to the beach but it is steep and arduous. You can also taxi up and down if you prefer. There are a number of reliable drivers.
