This amazing and spacious private house located on the main road of Playa Santa Teresa is the perfect fit for big family’s, couples or friends. Rooms are spacious, with A/C and private bathroom. The living room and kitchen are the perfect spot to hang out, cowork (200mb wifi) or chill.
Located just 100 meters from one of the best surf spots in the area, simply grab your suit and walk to the beach in under a minute. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are walking distance. ** NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Greensong is located on a strategic point of town, super close to everything, grocery store is 100 meters, beach walking path just in front, making the access to the beach unbeatable.
House is located at the back of the property making it very private and less noisy. El Patio cafe is in the front of the property and offers homemade delicious breakfast and lunch options.

You will have access to everything the house has to offer. Fully equipped kitchen with blender, coffee maker, washing machine, big 6 burner stove and oven, and fridge

I live really close, so i can be here in 1 minutes in case of emergency or whatever. We offer cooking service as well.

Located in the north part of town, my favorite spot to chill and surf. Just in front of the beach path that leads you to one of the best surf spots in Santa Teresa. Close to everything, but not in the noisiest part of town. Neighbors close by, SO PARTIES NO ALLOWED. Groceries stores are less than 100 meters, great bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The best thing about being on the main road is that if you don’t have a car it is all good. You don’t NEED it. You can move around walking, or if you want to get further you can ride a bike. I can arrange car rentals or atv’s to explore our beautiful beaches and waterfalls.

cleaning is included 3 times per week. linens and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
