Less than 5 minutes walk from Santa Teresa’s best surf break, in the heart of downtown, only a short walk from restaurants, shops & nightlife, the location is ideal.
2 floors, with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Both bedrooms currently have a matrimonial (Queen) bed, AC and big windows. A fully equipped kitchen (just about everything you’ll need to cook), an open living room attached to an internal patio. Yoga/Pilates studio with AC and hardwood teak floor. Private parking space.

The location is perfect for easy access to the beach as well as numerous restaurants, shops, grocery stores and bars. Downstairs, teak wood ceiling and smooth white concrete floors adorn the living room, the bathroom has a small internal garden and hot water, the bedroom is cool and quiet and the internal patio lights the space. Upstairs, the bedroom is bright with AC, the studio space has lovely track flooring and mirrored wall plus AC. The upstairs bathroom also has hot water. This a modern beach townhouse with all you will need to enjoy your vacation in paradise.

The entire place is available and private and includes a private front parking area.

Very cozy neighborhood, safe and secure in the center of Santa Teresa. And literally 5 minutes walk from beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars. Excellent location!

Parking in front of the house, local and San Jose bus picks up 1 1/2 blocks away. Everything you need is accessible on foot. Only 1 ATM machine in town, which is either 20 (+/-) minute walk or 10 minutes by bicycle, 5-10 by quad or car.
