A BRAND-NEW complex with 2 Luxury Villas: One with 3 bedrooms and the other with 4 bedrooms, both of them have a breathtaking ocean view!
Our complex can accommodate up to 14 people.

We are located in an incredible area in the center of Santa Teresa, just 2 min driving to the white sand beach, restaurants, and shops. 

It’s provided with full equipment for your comfort!

Our complex has 2 villas:
3 master bedrooms and 4 master bedrooms. All of the 7 bedrooms have a king size bed with a private bathroom, A/C and amazing ocean view!
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful and stylish living room, big dining table, private infinity pool with tanning beds and chilling area.

The villas Include free WiFi, concierge service, daily cleaning and laundry service.

We will do our best to make your vacation as wonderful and memorable as possible.

We are blessed to be located in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Santa Teresa Beach Costa Rica. 
Seataya is located at the top of the mountain, with endless natural views of the tropical jungle, the open ocean, and the never-ending waves of Santa Teresa.

To arrive at Seataya Luxury Villas from the main airport in San Jose, feel free to contact us beforehand so that we can help you book tickets and services. You can reach us in several different ways:
-A short domestic flight of about 30 minutes in a small plane, landing at the airport in Tambor and being picked up by a private taxi from the airport directly to the villa (about a 40 minute trip)
-Direct travel from San Jose to Santa Teresa, by ferry. Renting a private vehicle or transportation services of a transportation company, private or shared

Events are only allowed with prior approval with our manager!
A 4×4 vehicle, an ATV (Quad) or Taxi Service is necessary in order to get to the property,
