Welcome to Seataya Villas, a brand-new complex featuring two luxury villas with breathtaking ocean views. One villa has three bedrooms, and the other has four bedrooms. Our complex, located in the heart of Santa Teresa, is just a two-minute drive from the white sand beach, restaurants, and shops. If you’re seeking luxury, style, and privacy, Seataya Villas is the perfect place for you.

Accommodation Details

Our complex can accommodate up to 14 people across two villas. Each of the seven bedrooms features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and an amazing ocean view. Each villa is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful and stylish living room, a large dining table, a private infinity pool with tanning beds, and a relaxing area. The villas also offer free WiFi, concierge service, daily cleaning, and laundry service.

At Seataya Villas, we strive to make your vacation as wonderful and memorable as possible. Our guests have full access to the entire property, with the exception of the laundry room. The villa includes full concierge service, and we are more than happy to assist you with any of your vacation needs.

Located at the top of the mountain, Seataya offers endless natural views of the tropical jungle, the open ocean, and the never-ending waves of Santa Teresa.

Location and Access

To reach Seataya Luxury Villas from the main airport in San Jose, we recommend a short domestic flight of about 30 minutes to Tambor airport, followed by a 40-minute private taxi ride directly to the villa. Alternatively, you can travel directly from San Jose to Santa Teresa by ferry, renting a private vehicle or using a transportation service.

Please note that a 4×4 vehicle, an ATV (Quad), or Taxi Service is necessary to reach the property. We are more than happy to assist you with transportation arrangements.
