You are surrounded by trees & tropical plants that attract beautiful birds, monkeys, iguanas & butterflys. Paradise!

The stylish marAmar Eco Community is a secure, gated community in the best location of this booming, secluded gem of a town. The beach is only a short walk from our front door. Our house is positioned a little bit up the hill so that you are far away from any noise and we are the last town home at the end of the drive, so it is very private and quiet. It’s your very own zen oasis.

The home has 2 nice, spacious bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms with modern showers and vessel sinks (there is a separate WC room) and an open kitchen with a living room on the first floor. Our town home is tastefully decorated with original artwork and hand made furniture from local artists. We have everything you need to cook a delicious meal at home and there are 3 dining areas to choose from.

The 15m lush pool is a wonderful escape on those warm, sunny days and it comes with comfortable lounge chairs with shade where you can dream the afternoon away within your own private, tropical garden. Walk out of our gate, down a jungle path and you will be at the beach. We have beach/pool towels for you to use. We are right across from the La Lora surf break…one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica and you can watch the surfers at sunset with a beverage in hand. We also have a surf rack for you to store your boards.

All amenities are on the site: maid service, security 24/7, high speed wifi, safe for valuables, fully equipped kitchen, caretaker on site…everything is here to make your vacation as wonderful as possible.

Santa Teresa is a spectacular tropical paradise with white sandy beaches, turquoise water and incredible sunsets. For surfers, Santa Teresa has some of the best breaks on the Pacific coast and for wildlife enthusiasts, there is plenty to see everywhere around you! The Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve is just around the corner. The restaurants are incredible and fresh fish is available wherever you go. There is lots to do in ST from zip lining, to horseback riding, to paddle boarding or fishing. You are close to yoga studios, eco tours and lots of wonderful restaurants and bars for a fun night out. There is a grocery store within walking distance and an organic market only a short drive away. Come adventure with us!

You have access to the entire private town home with a shared pool and gorgeous landscaping in the eco community of marAmar.

There’s a caretaker on site 24/7 so you don’t need to worry about anything. We will have our property managers Andreas or Rocio meet you upon your arrival, assist with any needs and be on call for help booking tours, lessons or adventure activities and they can recommend restaurants, etc.

The house is located on the north end of Santa Teresa and is across the street from Playa Santa Teresa and a 10 minute drive to Playa Hermosa. There are many wonderful restaurants and a super market within walking distance. Several yoga studios are right next door and we are across the street from the best surf break, La Lora, in Costa Rica!

We have a private parking spot for guests at our home and the bus route runs right by our front gate. There is also parking available for other guests visiting the property.

Please note that the 5th person bed is now the sofa in the living room. It is a full twin size mattress. We do need to know ahead of time if you will need the mattress made up for sleeping arrangements.
