Casa Helena is a luxurious villa located in a gated community with private access to the beach in the heart of Santa Teresa. Casa Helena recently underwent a ground up renovation by famous Belgian Artist and Interior Designer Johanna Van Parijs.
Perfect for up to 10 guests, Casa Helena offers 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Casa Helena includes designated parking, and a rental car or other forms of transportation is recommended to make it easy to explore the town and surrounding area. However, the villa’s central location means that there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, so a car is optional. We can also help you rent ATVs or arrange taxis for day trips and other activities.

Guests have exclusive access to the villa and private pool. It is only steps from the beach. There are other villas in the complex.
Our office is in town, and we are accessible by phone, or email. We’re also available outside of office hours, but it may take a little longer to respond.
Santa Teresa is one of Costa Rica’s greatest destinations. A growing town built along the beach offers the beauty of nature together with modern amenities. A wide variety of food options and fully stocked stores make sure there is plenty to choose from. Many artistic shops offer unique purchasing opportunities. Two banks in town make it convenient to withdraw money without having to carry around a large quantity of money. Doctors and emergency services are available in town as well. Banana Beach Hotel is centrally located in Santa Teresa.
Because of Casa Helenas’s central location, you do not need a car to get to restaurants, shops, groceries, yoga classes, and more. They are all just a short walk away. You can also have a taxi take you to some of the farther places, or rent ATVs to get around.
The town is built along one long road, and one could walk from the beginning to the end in about 40 minutes. Plenty of taxis are available, and the public bus goes to Cobano several times a day. There are 4 car rental companies with offices in Santa Teresa/Mal Pais, and there are many ATV rental locations throughout the town. Casa Helena is located right next to Banana Beach in the center of Santa Teresa. It is the perfect place to watch the amazing Costa Rica sunsets. A walking distance to restaurants, bars, and supermarket.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace and the rest of the outdoor area. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
